Once work has commenced, services are considered partially or fully delivered based on the stage of completion.


Eligibility for Refunds

If PixelMind fails to initiate the agreed service within the specified timeframe without valid reason or prior communication, a refund request may be reviewed.

If a project is canceled by PixelMind due to internal constraints and no substantial work has been delivered, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

If a technical or processing error results in duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded.


Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Once research, academic writing, digital development, or design work has commenced.

If the client requests changes that fall outside the originally agreed scope of work.

If dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences rather than objective service requirements.

If delays or issues arise due to incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.

If work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed requirements.

For Turnitin reports, plagiarism checks, AI detection services, formatting, or consultation-based services once delivered.


Revision Policy in Place of Refunds

PixelMind prioritizes revisions over refunds. If any delivered work does not align with the originally agreed specifications, reasonable revisions will be provided at no additional cost, subject to the project scope and timeline.

Revisions do not apply to entirely new requirements or changes in project direction.


Cancellation Policy

If a client requests cancellation before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing charges.

If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, no refund will be applicable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. PixelMind is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact PixelMind directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and restriction of future engagements.
