  • Once a service has been initiated (strategy planning, research, design draft, development work, etc.), it involves significant time and effort and may not be eligible for a full refund.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.

  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no communication was made regarding delays.

  • Mutual agreement: If both parties agree to cancel a project before significant work has been done.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already been delivered in part or full (drafts, reports, campaigns, designs, or code).

  • The client is dissatisfied due to subjective preferences after work has been completed (e.g., “I don’t like the design” or “I changed my mind”).

  • The project scope changes after agreement and requires additional work.

  • Services such as consultation calls, strategy sessions, or research hours have already been utilized.


4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Instead of refunds, PixelMiind provides reasonable revisions (as per the package or contract terms) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • For digital marketing campaigns and research writing, results may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (search engine algorithms, market competition, academic acceptance, etc.). Therefore, outcomes are not guaranteed, and refunds will not apply based on performance variations.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • A project may be cancelled before work has started. In such cases, a full refund minus transaction fees will be issued.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, only a partial refund (if any) will be considered, based on the proportion of work already completed.
