All services are delivered digitally via email, project management tools, cloud storage links, or other communication platforms agreed upon with the client.
No physical shipping is involved.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on the nature and scope of the service. The timeline is agreed upon during project confirmation.
Small projects (e.g., graphic design, short reports) may be delivered within 2–7 business days.
Larger projects (e.g., website development, full marketing campaigns, research papers) may take longer, with timelines communicated clearly in advance.
Any delays caused by missing information, late client responses, or scope changes may extend the delivery period.
3. Revisions Delivery
Since PixelMiind offers unlimited revisions until satisfaction, revision timelines vary depending on the scope of requested changes.
Revised files will also be delivered digitally via the same method as the original delivery.
4. Non-Delivery Situations
Delivery may be delayed or withheld if:
Payment has not been completed as agreed.
The client fails to provide required information, materials, or approvals.
